I’m not a fan of making New Year’s resolutions that at times can seem a struggle to stick to and add pressure to an already crazy world.

Instead I like guidelines…

  • Drink more water
  • Get more organised
  • Read more
  • Explore more
  • Save more
  • Have more patience
  • Socialise more
  • Relax more
  • Get more exercise
  • Be more ME.
